Our Mission

Cosan is the Irish Gaelic word for path.   We chose this name to represent the many paths that people can take to wellness.  We are here to help you find your unique path.

It is our commitment and passion to empower clients to overcome obstacles in their lives while guiding them on the path to self-awareness and recovery.

Our mission is to provide mental health counseling services for adolescents, young adults, and adult females to guide them through their journey to wellness of both mind and body. We specialize in eating disorders, depression, and anxiety utilizing individual therapy modules throughout treatment. Our background incorporates family based treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and mindfulness in a strengths-based model. We believe everyone deserves optimal care individualized for their personal needs and make it our mission to provide this.
